Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had very warm rooms that were a little small but had everything I needed. They were clean and very comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, perfect for visiting the city center, the ferry to Pulpit Rock, and easy access to transport hubs. The dining experience was incredible, with fresh, globally inspired dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall value for money was great.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms to the rear were really modern and even came with an iron, which was just what I needed for my crumpled shirts. However, they did feel a bit claustrophobic, and there was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower which caused some flooding issues initially and required a handyman to fix.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and tidy with ample facilities, but they were rather small and had issues with flooding in the shower. The service, however, was outstanding with a caring and friendly staff, and they even prepared a lovely breakfast package for my early checkout. The location was super central, making it convenient for exploring the city, but at times it seemed quiet at night. The dining experience was a highlight, offering a superb buffet with fresh options and catering to dietary needs. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel had cozy, nicely decorated rooms but a bit smaller than expected. The service was exceptional, with a very welcoming and friendly staff. The location was convenient for exploring the city center and accessing the ferry to reach Pulpit Rock. The dining experience offered a great selection of fresh, delicious foods. However, the room size could have been more spacious, and the dining options were limited in the current circumstances.
